In order to fully use the enterprise resources, The board of the directors unanimously agreed to Tianjing Jianlong Molecular sieve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 鈥淭ianjin Jianlong鈥) integrate into Luoyang Jianlong Chemical Indurstrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 鈥淟uoyang Jianlong鈥).
After Annexation and reorganization, The registration of Tianjing Jianlong will be cancelled, and Luoyang Jianlong will take in charge of all previous business of Tianjing Jianlong.
